For impulsive stochastic Cohen-Grossberg neural networks with mixed time delays, we study in the present paper

≥ 2) stability on a general decay rate. Using the theory of Lyapunov function,
-matrix technique and some famous inequalities we generalize and improve some known results referring to the exponential stability. The presented theory allows us to study the
th moment stability even if the exponential stability cannot be shown. Some examples are presented to support and illustrate the theory.
