Zusammenfassung

China gilt inzwischen als Keimzelle für bekannte und erfolgreiche Start-ups. Wie hat es China geschafft, von der Werkbank für preisgünstige Produkte zur Wirtschaftsmacht mit starker Innovationskraft und florierenden Start-Ups aufzusteigen? Welche Entwicklungen hat China durchlaufen, welche Voraussetzungen bestanden und welche Rahmenbedingungen wurden von der Politik gesetzt, um optimale Bedingungen für Innovation zu schaffen? In diesem Beitrag werden die besondere Förderung von Start-ups und Einhörnern, die Hintergründe und Motive von Gründerinnen und Gründern, der Gründungsprozess und die Optionen ausländischer Investitionen beleuchtet. Den Blick richten wir auch auf die Arbeitsbedingungen und das in China aufgekommene Thema der Work-Life-Balance. Ableiten lassen sich Impulse zur Förderung von Innovation.
