Study on Management Pattern of Product Warranty Cost Information Base on Process Monitoring

The article puts forward warranty cost information management ideas which respected related group’s interest, emphasized information transfer and accumulation, core is process information monitoring. These ideas aim at existing warranty cost information process management matters and warranty cost information management mode limitations. The paper raises contents and model of warranty cost information management from followings: one is establishing department warranty cost information management mechanism based on common interest goal, two is warranty cost information analysis based on manufacture overall process; three is wrong name’s dynamic correction based on warranty cost information. The warranty cost information management pattern is established after relationships of different departments and warranty cost information are analyzed.
