Abstract

This paper provides the classification of statistics on the number and location of heritage-based attractions such as state-level scenic spots, national geology parks, national forest parks, and national nature reserves in five territories including Sichuan, Guizhou, Yunnan, Chongqing, and Tibet Autonomous Region. Integration of data models including space model theory and geographical proximity and geographic concentration of the use of the model are used in quantitative analysis of distribution of these tourist attractions. Finally, relevant conclusions are drawn with a view to regional integration in the tourism development process and able to provide a useful proposal for the relevant decision-making departments.
