Abstract

Developing a management process suitable for medical industry apps may facilitate a rapid response to internal maintenance demand changes and make the operational model run smoother and more conveniently for the management of small organizations and teams. The development of these processes will ensure smooth request processes, improve the repair quality of medical instruments, and achieve the best instrument efficiency, which will benefit more patients. Based on a successful model of an information system, this study combined information technologies and developed an innovative service platform for requesting medical instrument repairs. This platform provides medical instrument repair services through the Internet app system. In addition, new models have been incorporated into the management process, suitable for developing apps to explore the requirements necessary for medical instrument quality and technology management. By improving the management mode of instrument quality assurance, the huge demands for medical examinations can be served. This study distributed questionnaires to medical staff and verified the results through the statistical software, SPSS. It collected 200 valid questionnaires from medical staff who have experience in building internet app systems, and its effective recovery rate is 90%. SPSS was used to verify the relationship between variables. The results showed that among many factors, medical personnel’s satisfaction with an internet app will have an impact on their intention to use it.
