The strong resolution of government policies, establishing KII(Korea Information Infrastructure) and providing PC and Internet education, were implemented to establish an advanced information society to encourage the Internet use and spread of the high-speed Internet service for the future of the nation in the cyber age, which led to the strong activity of economics via Internet transactions. In terms of economic effects, the introduction of high-speed Internet service and information infrastructure led the people use the public administrative system and service with the Internet, and result in the use of telecommuting services to improve the quality of the life for the people. And, the tremendous increase of the high-speed Internet service led to the development of the Internet related-technologies and the export of the related items by bringing new service and business models in the business. Lastly, this increase of Internet usage led to solving the constrains of physical problems and expanded to the activity of social and culture so as to make their life happy.
