Abstract

Das Kapitel vertieft sich in die komplizierten Verhandlungen rund um die Ziele Nachhaltiger Entwicklung (SDGs), insbesondere in den Bereichen Gesundheit, urbane Nachhaltigkeit und Daten. Es zeichnet die Entwicklung dieser Themen von den ersten Beratungen bis zu den endgültigen Vereinbarungen nach und beleuchtet die wichtigsten konzeptionellen Fragen, die beteiligten Akteure und die politische Dynamik, die die Ergebnisse prägte. Das Kapitel betont auch die Rolle evidenzbasierter Politikgestaltung und die Bedeutung von Daten bei der Überwachung und Umsetzung der SDGs. Durch die detaillierte Darstellung des Verhandlungsprozesses bietet das Kapitel wertvolle Einblicke in die Herausforderungen und Erfolge der globalen Entwicklungspolitik.
