Abstract

The paper addresses the historiography of the problem of transformation of ethnocultural development of the indigenous peoples in the conditions of the socialist modernization of the Far East in 1930–1970s. The theses identified the main stages in the development of historical scientific knowledge on the history of minority ethnic groups of the Far East during the study period.

This paper was issued with the support of the Russian Federation President’s grant (Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation) for 2016–2017 on the subject: “Regional model of transformation of culture of native minorities in the context of Socialist modernization of the Russian Far East in the latter half of 1930s–1970s” [№ 14.Z56.16.5304-МК.]
