Abstract
The complexity presented in this chapter increases to a measured degree, where R is used as the main tool for analyses of a wellness inventory. Detailed instructions are provided on how R is used to import data in a fixed width–fixed column file. Emphasis is placed on graphical figures as a visual means of conducting quality assurance, with new graphical tools added to this chapter. New packages, with more useful R functions than previously presented, are introduced in this chapter. Complexities from the real-world occurrence of missing data are addressed, both on the practical implications of missing data as well as how R is used to accommodate missing data.
