Zusammenfassung

Das niederländische Projekt Q7 gelangt im Oktober 2006 zum Financial Close und gilt als erste projektfinanzierte Offshore Windfarm. Die niederländische Regierung verfolgt das Ziel, bis 2020 20 % der im Land konsumierten Energie aus erneuerbaren Energiequellen zu schöpfen und bietet zum Zeitpunkt des Projektabschlusses eine umfangreiche Förderlandschaft in Form von Prämien und Investitionsanreizen. Für einen Vergleich wird das von Belgien ausgehende Projekt Bligh Bank mit Financial Close Date Juli 2009 herangezogen.
