The new ID.7 Tourer does not differ from the hatchback up to the C-pillar. However, the color-contrasting and extended roofline of the station wagon results in an estate hatchback with a luggage capacity of 605 l. The MEB APP 550 drive with 210 kW is also used in the Tourer. The rear-axle drive offers up to 550 Nm of maximum torque. Volkswagen will offer two different battery sizes; depending on the version, the WLTP range should be up to 685 km. The large battery can be charged with up to 200 kW and thus charged from 10 to 80 % in less than 30 min at fast-charging stations. The ID.7 Tourer is manufactured together with the ID.7 hatchback and the ID.4 SUV at the plant in Emden (Germany).
