In electric drives, similar to combustion engines in passenger cars, the anti-jerk control has the task of eliminating vibrations in the powertrain that have a negative impact on drivability and increase the loads on the components. Porsche and Porsche Engineering have jointly developed an calibration methodology based on the Artificial Intelligence (AI) approach of deep reinforcement learning with which the basic calibration of the software function can be carried out easily, promptly and efficiently in a simulated environment.
