Abstract

The paper devoted to the study of dynamics of the network community opinion. The reason for arising this problem is the observed growth of manipulations by public opinion with using modern Information and Communication Technology. To control this situation, we need precise knowledge about factors influencing on public opinion evolution for different kinds of communities. This knowledge cannot be obtained by observations only. In the paper, therefore authors propose some framework for mathematical and simulating modelling evolution of network community opinion. Based on this framework, studying some kinds of communities is carrying out.
