Zusammenfassung

Ein Innovationsprozess ereignet sich nicht zufällig, sondern wird von Akteuren bewusst und unter Inkaufnahme von Risiken betrieben. Natürlich können auch Zufälle und zunächst unbewusste Veränderungen oder gar Fehler eine Rolle spielen, innovativ werden diese änderungen jedoch erst durch „reflexives und strategisches Handeln" (Rammert 2010, S. 39).
In diesem Kapitel widmen wir uns den Akteuren, die sich aktiv für Neuerungen und Veränderungen einsetzen, den sog. „Change Agents", und den Konstellationen, in denen sie auftreten, die wir als „Innovationsallianzen" beschreiben.
