As a common device of peripherals, keypads are used popularly. FPGA(Field Programmable Gate Array) devices and VHDL, a hardware discription language, software are common in computer and electronic design. The design is based on FPGA. The simulation and test are taken. With the keypad controller, a microprocessor in SoC will manage keypads more easily and quickly. In this paper, a reconfigurable IP module of keypad controllers is discussed.
