Abstract
As we know that the earth’s oceans cover a whopping 360 million square kilometers or about 71% of the planet’s total area. The Earth is segmented by the ocean into several continents, creating barriers to transportation and cultural differences between different continents. However, with the development of global economic integration and the deepening of life and economic ties between countries and regions of the world, it is imperative to solve the problem of barriers arising from oceans.
