Abstract

Computational tools are critical in measuring systemic risk and assisting with mitigation decisions. While several software packages and tools are available for the traditional supply chain management solutions, there is no dedicated tool to assist with the cyber supply chain risk analysis and mitigation. This chapter introduces a software tool named I-SCRAM that is specifically designed to allow the vendor risk assessment of IT, OT, and IoT systems and assist with cost-effective risk minimizing selection of vendors. Case studies are provided to help illustrate the utility of the developed tool.
