Abstract

Design and technology has become an important driving force for the development of UK building. Data-assisted design is a combination of data, design and technology, which makes British architecture more dynamic. This paper focuses on the current situation of British architecture in the context of energy-saving and emission reduction. With the emergence of some newly designed methods and intelligent technology, it is worthwhile to explore how the design and technology of these can improve climate change in terms of the British building and discuss the relationship between the design, technology and performance of British building. In addition, digital design and modular design will be analyzed in this paper.
