Abstract
CYBER GOVERNANCE should be regarded as the implicit steering level of all of the CYBER activities. It sets principles and legal baselines and enforces them, respectively, by the power of convincing through guidelines, standards, and procedures to be followed.
Since CYBER GOVERNANCE has its own scope and definition per industry or even organizations, it’s up to you to declare accountability and responsibility for certain ICT problems.
We will have a look at the ingredients of a proper CYBER GOVERNANCE, and you get aware of traps and errors the author experienced in order to reach a working CYBER GOVERNANCE.
