The paper discusses development of the e-medicine system for preventive examinations and screening and its computer implementation. System is based on a mobile telemedicine screening complex (MTSC), which includes a laptop, a questionnaire about the state of organism’s 12 systems and 14 measurement modules for objective measurement acquisition.
Computer’s functions include measurement management, questionnaire management, measurement value calculation, digitization of the results, wireless transmission to the analysis center, indication of the measurement results and decision-making. Decision making unit includes processing of the interactive questionnaire, findings on subjective complaints, discoveries of objective abnormalities and decisions on further actions.
The paper focuses on information processing and decision-making methodology. Analysis and classification of possible final conclusion has been done. Analysis of the questionnaire responses and the results of measurements and their connection to the possible final conclusion has been done. Information flow graph has been developed. Configuration of decision-making tree has been developed. The law set of production rules has been developed as the basis for decision-making.
