Zusammenfassung

Innovationen werden zumeist von Menschen für Menschen geschaffen. Den Menschen im Innovationsprozess in den Fokus zu stellen, ist daher Grundvoraussetzung für den Erfolg jeder Innovation. Doch nicht nur bei der Lösung muss der Mensch im Mittelpunkt stehen, sondern auch im Prozess bzw. im Unternehmensalltag sind die Wichtigkeit und die Fähigkeiten der Mitarbeiter in das Zentrum zu rücken. Denn mit dem individuellen Wissen, den Ideen und Erfahrungen der involvierten Personen fällt oder steht eine Innovation. Genauso spielen Kollaboration und aktive Zusammenarbeit eine wichtige Rolle, denn nur so kann es zu einer Lösung kommen, die originell ist, die auch in der Realität funktionieren kann und durch Zusammenarbeit innerhalb eines Netzwerkes realisierbar wird.
