Abstract

As a new health care model, E-health represents the future of health care development. But there are a lot of problems during the process of construction and popularization in China. In this paper, we focus on the complex problems in the course of E-health development, develop a soft system methodology to analyze and construct models, and finally propose solutions to e-health development.
