Zusammenfassung

Kap. 1 bietet eine kurze Beschreibung der verschiedenen Bereiche, die in diesem Buch behandelt werden, und den von jedem von diesen Bereichen bei der Durchführung normaler Aktivitäten emittierten Kohlenstoff. Das Kapitel hebt die Verwendung von KI/ML hervor, um die Klimawandelfolgen vorherzusagen, die durch Investitionen in fossile Brennstoffsektoren entstehen, prognostiziert CO2-Emissionen aus dem Verkehrssektor, prognostiziert die durchschnittliche Landtemperatur aufgrund nicht erneuerbarer Energiequellen und teilt indische Bundesstaaten auf der Grundlage von Haushaltskohlenstoffemissionen in Gruppen ein. Die verbleibenden Unterkapitel vertiefen die einzelnen Bereiche ein und präsentieren Erkenntnisse, die uns dabei helfen können, die negativen Auswirkungen des Klimawandels einzudämmen. Finanzinstitutionen, Energie- und Verkehrssektoren sowie Einzelpersonen können ermutigt werden, Daten aus Betriebsaktivitäten und jedem Teil der Wertschöpfungskette zu sammeln und KI-gestützte Datenverarbeitung zu verwenden, um Emissionen über ihren gesamten Kohlenstofffußabdruck hinweg zu verfolgen.
