Abstract

China's ‘‘Thirteenth Five-Year Plan’’ also incorporates Informationalized construction into the national strategic development plan through Informationalized construction, unifies offline and offline development space, expands new development areas in all walks of life, and builds an Informationalized road. Technology is the main carrier of economic and social development. With the continuous updating of information technology, the level of Informationalized is also constantly improving. Education is the foundation of talent training. The basis for improving the quality of the people is of great significance to the country and individuals. The core essence of education is to cultivate talents. The cultivation of international talents requires an international talent training system and an Informationalized education model. Under the Informationalized education model, the reform of the talent cultivation system tends to be more international.
