Zusammenfassung

Einführend zu Teil IV dieses Lehrbuchs haben Sie erfahren, dass erfolgreiche Familienunternehmen nicht nur ihr Unternehmen organisieren, sondern gleichermaßen auch die Eigentümerfamilie professionell aufstellen. Ziel der sogenannten Family Governance ist es, „faire, transparente sowie überprüfbare Regeln für die Familie und deren Zugang zum Unternehmen zu schaffen“.
