Abstract

The potential for assuring stable performance of the process of facet milling of a workpiece under the conditions of a flexible manufacturing module is considered. A mathematical model for determining the constituent processing errors on the basis of the results of coordinate measurements by means of a detecting head is presented. The potential for compensation of the errors that arise in the course of processing and conditions for realization of compensation are considered.
