Our goal in this section is to prove a frequency-localized interaction Morawetz inequality. This will then be used to preclude the existence of almost periodic solutions as in Theorem 8.10 for which
$$\int_0^{T_{\max } } {N\left( t \right)^{ - 1} \,dt\,=\;\infty }$$
. These results appear in [40]; we review the proof below.
