For 125 years, ATZ has been reporting on the latest developments in automotive engineering from all over the world. Its story began in 1898 under the title Der Motorwagen (The Motor Car). This was the newsletter of the newly founded Mitteleuropäischer Motorwagen-Verein, Germany's first automobile club. Today, ATZ is a globally recognized technical and scientific magazine that is an integral part of the ATZ/MTZ magazine group, together with ATZelectronics, ATZextra and ATZheavyduty.
