3. Führung und Kreativität in Organisationen

Zusammenfassung

Dieses Kapitel beschäftigt sich mit dem Zusammenhang von Führung und Kreativität in Organisationen. Eine Auswahl bisheriger Forschungsergebnisse wird zusammenfassend dargestellt mit Implikationen für die Führungspraxis. Die Befunde zeigen, dass Eigenschaften und Merkmale der Führungskraft (insbesondere Expertise, Selbstwirksamkeit und emotionale Intelligenz), das Verhalten der Führungskraft (insbesondere intellektuelle Stimulierung, strukturierendes Feedback, das Agieren als innovatives Rollenmodell und die Bereitstellung von Ressourcen und Belohnungen) sowie die zwischenmenschliche Interaktion (d. h. eine gute Beziehung zum Vorgesetzten und weiteren Personen) kreativitätsförderlich sind. Die Ergebnisse der bisherigen Forschung und zukünftige Forschungsfelder werden abschließend thematisiert.
