Abstract

In this paper, we propose a web platform that combines blood pressure (BP) and heart rate variability (HRV) information. Using both of cloud storage and Fuzzy algorithms, the system can analyze each user’s BP and HRV data. Patients use a sphygmomanometer to obtain their diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure. They can also measure their HRV using an electrocardiography Patch. The measured BP and HRV data are transmitted to and stored in cloud servers. Physicians or doctor can track and analyze the health of each user via the web platform. In addition, users can use the platform to examine information about their historical measurements. The web platform correlates a user’s BP and HRV by using Fuzzy algorithms. Then, the system analyses the user’s condition and blood pressure to provide appropriate information and advice. By considering the information presented on the web platform, doctors can immediately know their patients’ health states and can determine their physical conditions in real time.
