Abstract

The study focuses on identifying resistance sources in tobacco germplasm against Orobanche cernua, a significant biotic stressor. Conducted over two years, the research employs advanced statistical methods such as GGE biplot and WAASBY analysis to evaluate the stability and performance of various tobacco genotypes under both normal and infected conditions. The findings highlight the importance of multi-environment testing and the potential for breeding resistant cultivars, providing valuable insights for enhancing tobacco productivity and resilience.
