Implementation of Digital Systems in Business Processes of Organizations

The research discusses the process of introducing digital technologies into the enterprise management system. The author reveals the features of the development of enterprises at the present stage of introducing innovative business-designed technologies. Nowadays, unlike the leading countries, the economic condition of Russia lags behind in terms of its industrial production indicators. The authors determine the main performance indicators of the enterprise’s activity. The process of managing a company is complex. It is a complex system determined by goals, objectives, and management forms. The dynamics of the number of developed and used industrial production programs in the Russian Federation is substantiated. The authors analyze the dynamics of indicators showing the development of digital technologies of companies in the Novgorod Region. Additionally, the authors highlight the main problems and ways of solving the tasks set for chicken breeding enterprises to develop business efficiency using digital technologies. During the research, the authors considered the most popular digital technologies currently used in the Novgorod region. The conclusion based on the research done is substantiated.
