This study was intended to present the improvements of the housing price index based on the intelligent web in order to establish the right housing policy. For this purpose, it attempted to analysis the calculation procedures and problem of the Laspeyres Model and the Repeat Sales Model which are the existing index calculation method. It presented and proposed the realtime integrated model linked with the real transaction price DB newly as the improvement scheme based on the results of analysis.
