Zusammenfassung

Die Produktionsvision „Industrie 4.0“ umfasst eine Vielzahl von technologisch und organisatorisch geprägten Veränderungen, welche sich unter den Schlagworten „Individualisierung“ und „Dynamisierung“ subsummieren lassen. Zwei wesentliche Konzeptelemente und Umsetzungsbereiche stellen dabei „Dynamic Production Scheduling“ (DPS) und „Cyber-Physical-Systems“ (CPS) dar. Produktionstheoretisch wird in diesem Kapitel der Transfer in Richtung der Dienstleistungsproduktion mit einer Konzeptanalyse am Beispiel universitärer Leistungsprozesse ausgeführt.
