Abstract

Compared with the traditional fund-raising model, the Internet gains the following advantages due to the convenience of its platform: low barriers to entry, short capital cycle, and sufficient data and information. This allows small and micro enterprises to quickly and easily obtain the necessary development funds. However, if the Internet financial system has not been strictly controlled by law, it will face the tragic situation that criminals use loopholes to disrupt transactions and cause additional losses. This article strives to reveal the existence or potential problems of small and micro enterprise financing innovation in the context of Internet Finance, and proposes solutions and solutions for improving the financing platform.
