As the French readers know, this word does not exist in the dictionary. It has been “invented” in China by the candidate in the Presidential election Segoléne Royal. In this case, it seems fascinating to me to use a non-existing word as an attribute of a non-existing character, that of the brave, lonely, decision maker at the pinnacle of organizations.
