The chapter provides an in-depth examination of the legal and regulatory frameworks governing Zakat and Waqaf in Indonesia and Singapore, shedding light on the respective practices in these jurisdictions. Through a meticulous comparison, the chapter aims to establish benchmarks, facilitating a nuanced understanding of the strengths and areas for improvement in each framework.
