21. Verwendung von Nutzhanf zur Fütterung von Haus- und Nutztieren

Zusammenfassung

Unter den bioökonomisch relevanten Pflanzen erlebt der Nutzhanf derzeit einen beachtlichen Aufschwung. Viele Bestandteile der Pflanze lassen sich stofflich für eine Vielzahl unterschiedlicher Produkte nutzen. Interessante ökologische Aspekte beim Anbau von Hanf und eben jenes Potenzial als variabler Rohstoff für biobasierte Produkte machen ihn so zu einer für die Bioökonomie interessanten Pflanze. Im hier vorliegenden Beitrag werden wissenschaftliche Erkenntnisse zur Verfütterung von Hanfsamen, -öl, -kuchen, -blättern, -stängel und Ganzpflanzen an unterschiedliche Haus- und Nutztierarten dargestellt.
So kann die Verwendung von Hanfsamen und Hanföl als Futtermittelzugabe die Ei- und Fleischqualität von Hühnervögeln positiv beeinflussen. Hanföl kann ebenfalls zur Verbesserung der Milchfettzusammensetzung laktierender Wiederkäuer eingesetzt werden. Auch Hanfkuchen stellt in geringen Mengen ein geeignetes Futtermittel für Geflügel und Schweine dar. Stets zu beachtender Parameter ist der Δ9-Tetrahydrocannabinol (Δ9-THC)-Gehalt als Folge von Verunreinigung durch Blätter und Stiele bei der maschinellen Verarbeitung. Aus dieser Problematik ergeben sich wissenschaftliche Fragestellungen rund um die Züchtung möglichst THC-freier Hanfsorten bzw. zur Eliminierung von Δ9-THC aus dem Futter.
