Abstract

In this chapter, for each model component used to create a model in the next chapters (vehicle, engine, brakes, CVT, etc.), the properties and options are presented and detailed discussed: the user-defined variables, all influencing factors, the necessary inputs and outputs, and most importantly the equations that govern the calculations.
