Abstract

Knowledge has become a key factor for business success because of the rapidly changing market conditions and globalization. Tacit Knowledge is a field being researched by many scholars to understand how it could benefit companies. In this chapter, tacit knowledge’s impact on individual and financial performances was measured utilizing data that was generated through a self-administered survey. The questionnaire was distributed to service companies randomly selected from the database of Istanbul Chambers of Commerce.
