The conference presents itself in a new guise with an innovative conference format and is intended to shorten the waiting time for the next trade fair. It will take place at the Conference Center Nord, Messe München, from 19 to 20 September and is aimed at experts from all areas of ceramics working in industry and research.
The ceramitec of Messe München regularly attracts trade visitors from all over the world in its 3-year cycle, here the opening event 2018. From this year on the ceramitec conference offers the opportunity to exchange knowledge also in the meantime as well.

The ceramitec conference, as the new counterpart to the ceramitec trade fair, which takes place every three years, creates a new space for technical contributions, interactive sessions and panel discussions. The two-day event stands for an intensive exchange of knowledge and experience between researchers, experts and specialists from the ceramics industry. Springer Fachmedien Wiesbaden GmbH is a co-organizer of the conference and is dedicated to the diverse application sectors and new manufacturing processes in ceramics, including the automotive, lightweight construction and electronics sectors. And because these topics have enormous potential with regard to the development of vehicles with alternative drive systems, we will hold a panel discussion afterwards.
