Abstract

Die Ertüchtigung von Energieversorgungssystemen (Strom, Wärme) in Stadtteilen und urbanen Regionen soll einerseits dazu beitragen, die klimapolitischen Vorgaben und Ziele der Bundesregierung zu erfüllen, andererseits eine positive Stadtentwicklung in Bezug auf eine beständige Bevölkerungsentwicklung auch durch Stabilität von Energiekosten zu erreichen. Mit einer intelligenten Vernetzung und der Kombination mit Energiespeichern wird ein weiterer Ausbau mit erneuerbaren Energien möglich, ohne insbesondere im elektrotechnischen Bereich die Niederspannungsnetze aufgrund hoher Fluktuationen zu überlasten. Die Einbindung der Elektromobilität, ein Mehrwertdienst mit hohen Anforderungen an die Informations- und Kommunikationstechnik (IKT), wird zur Senkung des Energieverbrauchs aufgrund effizienterer Antriebe im Verkehrssektor beitragen.
