In this report the problems of fracture mechanics with geometrical and physical nonlinearity were investigated by non-linear photoelastic methods [

]. The strain changed from −50% till +250% of relative lengthening. Changes in geometry and in thickness of the specimens were taken into consideration. Non-compressible optical-sensitive polyurethane rubber was used for model producing.
