As a brand new mode of business operation, the E-business has brought about a new industrial revolution. The Net Economy has exerted a tremendous impact on talents knowledge structure and the traditional economic theory, causing the change in the personnel training mode. Starting with the status quo of E-business development in China and based on the requirements of E-business education, the thesis analyzed talents demand and training mode for E-business and put forward diverse compound talents training path.
