A prominent trend for embedded, software-intensive systems has been established in recent years – increasing integratfroon. Smart Energy or Smart Health etc., integration is happening in all domains: embedded systems among each other, embedded systems linked to information systems and integrated into business processes, or embedded systems complemented by mobile end devices as additional control elements.
