Abstract

The article delves into the complexities of optical wave propagation in nonlinear fiber optics, focusing on the three-component coupled nonlinear Schrödinger equation (tc-CNLSE). By employing the generalized exponential rational function method (GERFM), the authors uncover a diverse array of soliton solutions, including dark, bright, and singular solitons. These solutions are crucial for understanding and controlling optical pulses over long distances, which is vital for applications in telecommunications and other industries. The study not only provides analytical solutions but also offers graphical representations to illustrate the dynamics of these solitons. The findings have practical implications for improving the efficiency and capacity of transmission systems in the telecommunications industry.
