Zusammenfassung

Ziele und Beteiligte des Projekts sind zu identifizieren. Die funktionale Organisation der Prozesse wird erstellt und an die kulturellen Bedürfnisse angepasst. Auch Teamerweiterungen sind dabei ins Auge zu fassen. Der Prozess (Abb. 08:00-1) kann auch von einem anderen Prozess oder periodisch initiiert werden. Dabei ist auf ausstehende Prozessverbesserungen und Aufgaben einzugehen.
