Abstract
Organizations have many data and ML challenges. Overcoming the data challenge with a solid data strategy, and creating a data culture, is an important step toward applying and adopting ML in your organization. ML adoption will take hold in your organization if it can solve problems that can help your organization grow. While changing an organization's culture is never easy or quick, showing tangible ML value that can be related to cost decreases or revenue increases will drive more ML adoption.
