In the course of this chapter, we present our empirical analysis of the role of providers’ decision makers’ ITSR perceptions in the formation of customer companies’ intention to adoption the Cloud services. In particular, we demonstrate that the perceptual distance between providers and their (potential) customers regarding the ITSR has detrimental effects on the use of Cloud services by customer companies.
