Prediction and Compensation Algorithm of Variable Curved Surface in Multi-point Forming

Abstract

Based on the power hardening model, using the relationship between bending moment and curvature and the formula of springback ratio, the curvature calculation formula after springback compensation of single curvature surface stamping is derived. Based on this, the springback compensation calculation method of complex single curvature surface is constructed. The springback compensation amount of micro plate element after surface discretization is calculated by discretization thought, and then the springback is obtained by interpolation method and difference method Front shape. The finite element analysis and experimental comparison between the interpolation method and the difference method for calculating the springback correction shape are carried out. The simulation results show that the final surface obtained by the two methods is more close to the target surface, which is in good agreement with the target shape, and the error is small. Therefore, compared with the difference method, the interpolation method has better forming accuracy.
